It was just my partner and I taking the tour. Very pleasant day and our driver and tour guide were amazing.
Erawan Waterfalls and Elephant Camp

We bad a blast on this tour. The waterfalls were extremely nice. They had huge fish in there that nibble on you to eat dead skin I guess but them fish were too big for my comfort however my other party had fun in the water with them until a Camorra dragon looking fish came out of no where lol it was huge and look liked it would eat you in one bite. The food at the end of the waterfall was so delicious and made with love. We had about 5 dishes buffet style to eat. Highly recommend this and our tour guide Mr. A was phenomenal. If you get him then keep him the entire weekend. Best guide for Bangkok that knows his way around the city and where to take you to have a good time. Him and Pena, I hope I’m saying the driver name correct we’re a great part of our fun. Very timely and professional and fun
Great day out and amazing scenery

This is a fantastic day trip for couples, friends or whoever wants to meet and feed the elephants and then explore the amazing Erawan Waterfalls. They have to be seen to be believed - seven levels (it’s a good 45 minute walk at least each way up and down). The guides were so lovely and made us so welcome. We had such a lovely time so thank you for taking us
Great

Great day out, our guide Peter was superb, really looked after us on this fantastic trip. There was something for the whole family to enjoy, we really made the most of our day.
Thrilling experience!

The highlight was an Elephant camp. Being able to bathe them and ride them, was an experience of a lifetime.
Erewan Waterfalls are one of the most beautiful waterfalls my husband and I have ever seen. And we have seen hundreds!
The Bridge over the River Kwai was amazing, too.
Thana, our guide, was very kind and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better guide.
It was an expensive trip but well worth it.

This was an encredible trip. Absolutely fantastic. Seeing the elephants and being in the water with them was the highlight of the trip but seeing and swimming in the waterfalls was also exceptional. Our guide Tao was great. Advice to other travelers. Be prepared for a long day that will be the highlight of your trip.
Great but expensive!

Tour guide (Joe) was awesome and friendly. It’s a long drive to Kanchanaburi and back to Bangkok, so it’s great they take you in a comfortable van. Considering the limited activities and time with the elephants it is a bit overpriced and would be cheaper to organise yourself (rather than doing a tour like this). The tour was convenient though and included lunch (but the place we had lunch was fairly dingy). Overall a great time and Joe was appreciated, but this was super expensive for 2 people.

We liked feeding the elephants but would also enjoy riding an elephant even it cost more.
The water falls are beautiful and we loved the the experience.
Could have been great without hidden costs

I gave 3 Starts only because of the way we where "requested" to participate without informing us additional costs will apply, the surprise additional costs with no prior knowledge is unacceptable.

Booked the trip via the airline subsequently was VIATOR, day trip was not cheap at all but indicated included everything a guided tour and all expenses, I also called the tour company months before to confirm all included and they confirmed my booking.

Tour was with Amazing Asia Tours Co and included Bridge Over the River Kwai, Erawan National Park and Elephant sanctuary which ended up being Thai Elephant Home.

Trip included:
National Park fees
Bottled water
Lunch
All activities
Professional guide
Round-trip private transfer

Pick up was on time, good English speaking guide and was really good start for the day,
Once we got the Elephant home we had a good English speaking guide, elephants looked really well taken care of, free, with no chains or injuries. we requested to select if we want the feeding and bathing of the elephant which the guide indicated we should do.

Experience was great and kids loved bathing and feeding the elephants although a little scary was a great success.

on return we where requested to pay an additional 3800 THB (200 AUD) saying it is not included. this was at no fault of the Elephant farm or guide as itinerary provided to them buy Asia Tours only wrote "Visit elephants at a local camp and get a chance to feed them" nothing else included.

all photos on tour displayed washing and bathing with elephants, All activities would assume "All" but seems they are not.

overall the tour was really good, Elephant home and Erawan water falls was a great escape away from busy Bangkok and chance for kids to see the nature, lunch was very good and guide customized it to out palate with multiple dishes and drinks.

Was left with a sour taste as only wish the additional cost would have not come as a surprise as many other tours include this and price was already excessive in the first place.

The guide did request I follow up with him and provide details so he can request Asia Tours to refund if my itinerary was different but I only had phone access at the time with VIATOR ticket only. no access to the airline tour I booked so we did not follow up and continued with our holiday.

If you book please make sure in writing that everything is included, I was just lucky I had the money on me at the time of the day trip.
