Overview

Your host Mor is a Bangkok native who discovered her passion for cooking while watching her mother cook simple yet flavorful Thai dishes. She has traveled the world and draws inspiration for her dishes from the various cuisines she explores. She has an artistic eye for creative plating and developed her presentation techniques while apprenticing with a popular Thai chef in Bangkok.

Join Mor in her kitchen and watch as she masterfully creates three of the gourmet Thai dishes you will be enjoying during your meal. Mor offers a cooking demo that lasts about an hour before you sit down to share the meal. She will describe the ingredients and techniques involved in creating a beautiful dish and you will have the unique opportunity to watch and learn as local ingredients are transformed into a contemporary Thai meal!
