Aligned with local ferry schedules, transfers from Bangkok to the Koh Chang ferry pier must depart not after 11 am in order to catch the last ferry.

The mentioned transfer times are approximations; we are unable to exactly predict the total duration from pick-up to drop-off based on unforeseen circumstances such as traffic and weather conditions, alongside the location of your resort.
Transfers are only operated for resorts on Koh Chang and restricted to main hotels only. Regions outside the central business district such as Koh Mak and Koh Kood, any surrounding islands resort outside Koh Chang borders and Trad Airport are excluded and

A maximum of two children per party receives child discounts. The discount only applies when the child (ren) travel together with at least 2 (two) full-paying adults unless otherwise specified.
All used transportation come with professional driver, air-conditioning system, first-aid kit and spare parts in case of any incident.
Guests are requested not to bring more than one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person on transfers due to available luggage space on private cars.
