Reviews
The facilities are clean and organized. Ingredients are fresh and high quality. Best of all, the instructor was so friendly, patient, humorous, and full of easy/helpful hints. She explained the use of each ingredient and how to tell what is fresh vs not. She made Thai cooking feel so simple…and fun: toasting spices, grinding herbs into curry paste, cutting/chopping chilis.
Spoiler: The trick is in the sequencing of the ingredients and waiting just long enough to pull flavors out of the spices and herbs.
The next morning, thr staff even walked my wife to the local market to buy some of the fresh ongredients for us to take home.
Wonderful experience for me, my wife, and college aged son. Would do it again!
