It was great experience to get the private car from Bangkok Airport to our hotel in Pratunam area in Bangkok. It's easy to find the guide who was right outside arrivals as described. Only take less than 5 minutes until the car arrived to pick us up. We were also given a courtesy call the day after which was a nice touch.

Was simple and easy to make booking and after leaving customs was easy to find sign with my name. Van was nice and clean and only short walking distance once leaving airport.

Our arrival was on time but it took much longer to emerge into the meeting area due to slow luggage delivery. Finding our name on the board between gates 3 and 4 at Suvarnbhumi Airport was easy and friendly young ladies called the driver to pick us up. It took two hours in a comfortable, air-conditioned van to reach our centrally located hotel near the River. I would highly recommend this service,

Today i am now at Bangkok airport . Its all over neat clean and all employer dedicated to country . Welcome to all tourist. Here many Indian come everyday but here not only vegitarian restaurant. Its difficulty for vegitarian peoples. So i requested to thai governments for open vegitarian restaurant.

There are two parts of this package:
1. Fast Track in the airport
2. Transportation from the airport to the hotel
Part 1 - we were met as soon as we exited out of the airplane. The person was there with a sign with our name. He helped us to pull the carry ons and led us to Fast Track. BKK airport is very large and busy. If he wasn't there to escort us, it would definitely cost us more time and effort to find the Fast Track. We were tired after a long flight, so the help was good to get to Fast Track directly. But he really didn't do anything else but to lead us to Fast track. There was no paper work needed to go through custom and immigration.
He then led us to pick up the luggage. It was a long wait for the luggage. I tried to ask him a few questions, but his English was too limited to understand me, nor to answer my questions.
After the luggage arrived, he pushed the luggage to gate 4, where we meet the driver. At Gate 4, there were so many names listed on paper, we couldn't find my name. He tried to call his company to find out why. I asked him if the driver could be anywhere else, he said no. We waited for 10 minutes, still no driver. So I started to walk further down the walkway myself and found a driver holding a sign with my name. After I came back with the driver, another sign with my name showed up. So we had two drivers with my name. We spent another 10 minutes to figure out who is the right driver.
Part 2 - Transportation - after we figured out who is the driver (which was the one I found by myself) we followed the driver to the outside of the terminal. He told us to wait there for him to pick up his van. We waited for 20 minutes because the traffic at the airport was very heavy. After he came back with the van, he helped us with the luggage. The van was large and clean. The driver was very safe. We arrived at our hotel after 1 hour.

It was convenient but not worth it

I had to wait a while in the heat for my vehicle, I booked it because I didn’t want to wait for a car but ended up waiting anyway. Unless you have a family with you with a lot of luggage, don’t spend 3x what it cost at the airport for this
