Superior Electric transfer to reach Bangkok city!!

It was great experience to get the EV transportation from Bangkok Airport to our hotel in Pratunam area in Bangkok. It's easy to find the booth near exit 7 as described by I Asia. Car was very new and clean and water was waiting. There is a lot of luggage space in the back. Definitely recommended!

The electric transfer service is superb and convenient! It's only took a few min waiting time in order to get our vehicle at the arrivals. The vehicle is very spacious to fit 3 of us and our big luggages. Free water and wifi too! Toll way fees were also included

I booked the electric airport transfers as a surprise for my husband and also because I really wanted to see what our was like to ride around the city in a fully electric car. We were not disappointed. The I Asia rep on arrival was very forthcoming with communication while escorting us to our car and you can she had a real sense for customer service. The car was brand new and inside leather seats and water and wifi waiting!. A most enjoyable experience and I highly recommend it.

Travelling to Bangkok first time and booked the Electric transfer just to be different and help the environment. Met by the loveliest lady called Ms Wan who showed us to the vehicle. Its a large car like a CRV and all new inside. Water was waiting and we connected to the wifi which was also included. Great way to arrive to our hotel and i would recommend this to all travellers!

I was searching the internet looking for someone to drive me and my friends but we wanted to help the environment. We booked this online and the agent I Asia Thailand communicated in a timely, professional manner and delivered on what they promised. We arrived at Bangkok Airport and walked to their meeting point. The car has state of the art wi-fi, offers unparalleled comfort and is pleasing to the eye. 100% electric and helping the environment, even if only a little. When I arrived, I located my name on a wall at door 3 and was on my way to my hotel within minutes. The vehicle was clean and spotless and the driver very courteous.

After a delay getting our luggage and not walking far enough down the Arrivals hall to see my name, we missed our window. When we finally figured it all out (stay on the 2nd floor), this company was extremely understanding. They found another driver to take us. While we waited they kept us informed of the status of our ride. They made us feel well-cared for and welcome. The car was new and clean. The driver was courteous and made us feel comfortable and safe. This was such an easy win. Don’t bother with unpredictable taxis and the long line to get one.

Some people complain about transfer service, but our transfer was perfect in both directions! From the time we arrived and located our name, we were in the car in under five minutes. Incredibly courteous, professional, and very comfortable ride both to and from the hotel. There is no doubt that on our next visit I will use the same service!
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport is a little complicated if you are not prepared for it... when the operator says (very clearly in the booking) to exit arrivals and look for the railing next to the AOT Limo desk for your name, the only thing they leave out is that your name is somewhere within possibly hundreds of other names. And it can take some effort to find your name. If you don't find your name, then call the provider!

Not What We Expected

It was difficult to spot where our pick up was, as there are several pieces of paper posted in the area indicated for pick up. After having to scan what seemed to be a wall of place cards, I was able to locate my name. I pointed to my name and a lady came to us. To be fair, the lady was very accommodating and warm, however, it took approximately another 20 minutes for the car to arrive. The car was not as advertised: it was not electric, did not provide bottled water and Wi-Fi. We did get to our hotel safely.
