The online booking (their website, not TripAdvisor) was easy and confirmed a couple of times by the business which was lovely.
We arrived about 30 minutes early and they were totally fine with that and everything went ahead pretty quickly.
The experience did not feel rushed or dodgy in any way and exceeded our expectations.
The practitioners were gentle and precise while remaining attentive to requests / needs.
There is a bathroom in the room for washing off after the body scrub and use of the toilet.
The staff and atmosphere here was certainly a world away from the street outside.
Only issue we had was navigating here as the address actually took us to the other side of the road (on Google Maps it shows up as a wall, that's the back of the building as it's on the street parallel).
Would come back time and time again! Best massage we had in Bangkok.
