Fantastic time exploring Khao Yai

The pick process was horrible. The driver was waiting outside without notice that he had arrived. He should have had a sign up with my name on the lobby as the trip started about 30 minutes late. Afterwards everything was amazing. We requested not to go to the

chocolate factory because of severe allergies we visited many other places such as a mushroom farm, sunflower farm and the PB valley vineyard. We didn't follow the set itinerary from TripAdvisor which was great and went to places we wanted to. In the end the driver was a nice guy, just needs more practice in pick ups.

Our guide Eddy has been courteous and helpful. Appreciated that he had contacted us the night before through whatsapp to confirm the time of meeting.

Would appreciate if there’s a heads up on the temperature of the place (alot colder than rest of thailand) on the listing so visitors can be better dressed

Just and Ok Trip

The day trip was just ok..........it was a long drive and would have been more enjoyable if the driver had spoken English as we had asked. He couldn’t tell us anything about the things we saw on the way to the valley. The PB Wine was very good. The bloom was very rundown and not ready for visitors at all, quite scruffy. All entrance fees were on top of the price we had already paid. We book through Viator wherever we are in the world and to date I think this was the most disappointing and overpriced. Also it was stifling in the car and the driver couldn’t even understand when we asked if he could adjust the air conditioning.....come on Viator not your usual standard
