From temples to the streets of Chinatown and beyond, this tour is full of history, culture and the Thai way of life. Our guide, Akarin, enriched our understanding of the ways of the Buddha, the teachings and how it reflects Thai culture. He walked us through the streets of old and new Bangkok including the first Chinese settlement, providing a view into the history. Lastly, Akarin took us to our next tour. Highly recommend this tour with Akarin as your guide.

I was a solo traveller and i had never been to Bangkok before and i am so happy i booked this tour. My private tour guide was awesome. She showed me around the amazing city and took me on tuk tuks and a crazy fun city bus and river boat aswell and we went to all the famous sites i've always wanted to see and tried some unique street food and i learned alot from her about the meanings of things and the history and where to go for good shopping and the best food aswell. Oh and the whole time she took great photos of me with the famous landmarks etc. She even helped me find her for the beginning meetup when I was lost 555 Thank you so much Tuangtip.

Nui was a great guide! She was extremely knowledgeable about all the history and the culture of Bangkok. She made sure my husband and I were taken care of and comfortable while visiting. I am pregnant so it was a lot of walking but Nui made sure I took breaks and had lots of water :)

Me and my husband were at a private Bangkok tour with King, that was totally amazing. Her knowledge and passion for the Thai culture and history was soooo good. We were so pleased and really recommend her and the tour to people that are not only satisfied with the ordinary touristy tours but wants to enjoy and see more of the local Bangkok

A fun private tour with a fun guide

Sam is a great tour guide, quite a handsome man as well! He was very knowledgeable about all the temples we visited in Bangkok, I got a private tour of the three main ones in Bangkok. He was also super helpful in guiding me to where I wanted to go as well at the end of the tour. He was also very patient with me throughout the experience, answering all of my questions. We also did quick stops to refresh and eat in between. He introduced me to the amazing and original maker of the Thai ice tea. Overall I had a wonderful experience and time touring the temples in Bangkok with Sam. He is very funny as well, and has a sunny personality, would definitely recommend to all first timers visiting Bangkok. Five stars!

Only had one day to get a flavour of Bangkok and hoped this tour would provide it. I wasn’t disappointed! Polly continually amended the tour to my wants, beginning with an early start when I unexpectedly arrived before the scheduled time. Visited the Temple of the Golden Buddha (Wat Traimit), the Temple of the Reclining Buddha (Wat Pho) and on Polly’s recommendation made a last-minute decision to visit the Temple of the Dawn (Wat Arun) instead of the Golden Mount. At each location, Polly explained the history and philosophy of Buddha and Thailand’s Kings in a most precise and entertaining fashion. Polly also knew where the best viewpoints were for that perfect Instagram shot. Also visited Chinatown, but not the usual touristy areas. Quite an eye-opener.
