Begin your full-day tour with a journey north of Bangkok to Ayutthaya. The capital and namesake of a 14th-century Siamese kingdom, the preserved ruins of the city are a UNESCO World Heritage Site teeming with archaeological wonders—palaces and temples.
Start exploring at the majestic royal monastery where the white prang (Khmer-style pagoda), located in the middle of the ancient compound and then continue to the temple of Wat Mahathat, where you can see a special tree with the face of Buddha encased in its trunk.tour mystic Wat Na Phra Men which houses a golden seated Buddha statue.
