Celebrate Thailand’s artistic heritage and the timeless splendour of the River of Kings with a 4 Course Saffron signature Set Dinner. This 38 metres boat was built in 2019 and brings a combination of modern and traditional influences, stylish touches, award-winning cuisine, live entertainment and several of Bangkok's riverside landmarks illuminated by floodlights to bring out some absolutely stunning night photo opportunities.

昭披耶河上最優質的河輪晚餐之一
這天要登船前發生小插曲，在Iconsiam通往四號碼頭的唯一門口，被警衛擋了下來。 空間裡滿是準備登上昭披耶河公主號的人群們，搞不清楚狀況的警衛把我們當作公主號的顧客，而且英語溝通無效。(他們真的把昭披耶河公主號的顧客當難民擋起來，態度很差。)
最後無奈等到18:45登船最後期限到來之前，我都在努力跟Iconsiam工作人員(兩個胸前都掛trainee)、KKday的英語客服溝通。他們也沒什麼用，trainee只會說：「船都還沒開到，你們的Saffron Cruise也一樣還沒。」
最後我決定強勢闖關，擠到最前面之後，直接衝出去，完全不管沒用的警衛講一堆公主號還沒開來不能過去的廢話。
果然抵達四號碼頭時，我們的船根本要開了， 而我們是最後一組登船的顧客，差點3666台幣就要打水漂囉。
克服了前面地獄般的經歷，我想給各位對這個行程有興趣的朋友們一個忠告，最好在18:15之前就離開iconsiam建築物，在四號碼頭等候。 不然你會被當作昭披耶河公主號的難民關在裡面喔。
一切體驗，於登船後有了地獄到天堂的轉變。
在穿著泰國古代服飾的服務人員帶領下，我們入座船艙窗邊的位置。迎賓的蝶豆花茶已在桌上，隨後擦手巾就遞上。低亮度的光源、和緩的音樂都讓我焦急的心逐漸冷靜下來。
隨後每道菜都是泰式風味的料理，似曾相似卻又比平時吃到的更美味一些。用餐過程中，只要我們試圖要拿相機自拍，一定會有服務人員立刻面帶微笑過來詢問：「是否需要幫你們拍照呢？」 然後他還會舉著led燈幫我們打光，真是太內行了。
這艘番紅花有兩層，除了用餐的床艙之外，還有裝修時尚的甲板可以上去。上面是寬闊的觀景座，還有吧台可以供應調酒給賓客飲用(酒額外收費)。 這次搭船適逢Apec期間，沿途六個區域都有燈光水舞秀，令搭船經驗增光不少。
服務人員在注意到我們上甲板時，立刻尾隨而至，介紹甲板環境，並提出可以幫我們合照，再次令人感受到Banyan Tree體系服務周到之處。飯後的甜點、額外加點品項的結帳，也都能精準找到四處漂泊的我們，適時引導我們享用甜點、結帳。
我相當推薦大家在甜點時間到樓上甲板觀景享用，欣賞昭披耶河沿岸萬家燈火，讓兩個小時整的用餐經驗留下最深刻的記憶。
昭披耶河帶給曼谷蓬勃生機、更是交通的要道，搭船觀光是遊歷曼谷不容錯過的體驗。如果要享受最極致的曼谷遊船晚餐，推薦大家可以試試Saffron Cruise。
