I used the service both for pick up from the airport and then returning to the airport from my hotel. Both times, the company sent a clean and spacious mini-van. The driver was on time, courteous, and helpful with my luggage. The a/c in the vehicle worked really well which is a must for Bangkok. I will use them again the next time I travel to Bangkok.
