I booked this cruise for myself my husband and my 16 year old boys. It was raining and Bangkok traffic was awful so everything was delayed but the staff were great at getting us abroad. We were seated down stairs which had no atmosphere and because of the rain and the steam you couldn’t see anything. We were also wet from the rain and the air con was freezing. I had a look upstairs which looked much better I asked the manager and lucky he had space and moved us. If I hadn’t of been able to be moved I would have asked for my money back. However the staff were very accommodating and upstairs staff was brilliant lots of extra food stations fresh sushi, ice creams, fresh seafood as well as the buffet, downstairs had none of this except the same buffet. The entertainment was pure cheese and absolutely brilliant, we had a stag do on with us and they were nosy but so much fun, although no everyone would have like this but I thought it was brilliant. The buffet is fine tasty and edible but it’s not gourmet but it’s still very good. Cocktails are delicious … it’s a great cruise upstairs the views of Bangkok are beautiful well worth the money but only upstairs if I booked again I would request a table upstairs and by the window. I would definitely recommend for a fun night.

We had a great time. We were seated inside so if you wanted to see the views need to go upstairs or on the outer deck. We were lucky with the weather and it didn't rain but due to high tides were not able to go past Wat Arun but there are still amazing views along the river of the city

Entertainment was good. Food was ok. Check in and arrival process was chaotic. Make sure you leave adequate time to get to icon Siam.

Overall a good experience, but I have given it 3 stars as they tend to avoid customers who are English speaking. We had no idea of what was happening as the instructions were given in their own language, no one really could speak fluent English and tell us what was going on.
The food was nice and the boat was well maintained. The entertainment was good and overall a pleasant evening.
